What to expect...
At your first session we will spend some time getting to know each other, discussing what brought you to counseling and what you hope to get out of it. When the session is over we should both have an idea of work we will do at future appointments, as well as a confirmation that our counseling relationship will be a fit.
There are forms to be completed at the first session, these are listed below. To save some time and complete before you arrive, click on the link for each form, print it, fill it out and sign, and bring with you to your first session.

Other things to bring to your first appointment: insurance card, method of payment for co-pay or fee, and pre-approval documentation if required. For EAP clients, please check with your EAP provider to ensure there are no additional forms I need to complete and submit to verify your counseling.

- For insurance panels that I am not a part of, I will be happy to provide you with the necessary information to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. In those instances a fee will be collected at each session and reimbursement will go directly to you.
